How do I become a new patient?
Please call our office to register your child(ren) and we will schedule a new patient appointment. You may also go to our forms section on our website and start filling those out for your appointment. We take most insurances but please call the member services number on the back of your card to see if we are a contracted provider.

What is your process for same day appointments?
Please call our office and choose the option for same day or future appointments. If your call is not answered please leave a voicemail and each call will be returned within approx 1 hour (often sooner). As we are limited on how many patients we can see each day we rely on our trained staff to help navigate urgent issues that cannot wait.
