Location Details
We are located at the corner of Osos street and Pacific street. The office is located on the first floor next to the Pediatric Dentist Office.
Parking
We do have an office parking lot but it does tend to fill up quickly as we share it with our neighboring offices. If the lot is full, we suggest parking in the parking garage accross the street from our office on Morro Street.

Appointments
Please call during these office hours to set up appointments or to speak with our staff.
*Please note that if you will not be accompanying your child to his/her appt it will be necessary for you to download and complete our consent form or write a permission note for the person you are authorizing to make medical decisions on your behalf for EVERY visit you do not attend.
You must show your current insurance card at every visit. This is to protect you from receiving a bill because we did not have correct insurance information. We will attempt to validate your insurance benefits at the time of service and alert you to any problems. If we cannot validate your coverage, we may assign your account to self-paid status and request full payment at the end of your visit.
Answering Service
A phone nurse is available during office hours to answer any routine questions you might have about your child.
