Kate is a Family Nurse Practitioner and board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in kinesiology from California State University Chico, a Bachelor of Nursing degree from Cal State San Marcos, as well as a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas Arlington. The majority of Kate's nursing career has been spent working in emergency medicine at various hospitals along the Central Coast. While on her journey to becoming a nurse practitioner, she discovered her love of pediatrics. Kate is grateful to have the opportunity to serve this community and be a part of the Central Coast Pediatrics team.

When not working, Kate enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and her dog. Her hobbies include hiking, camping and traveling.
